Shipping & Returns
Every piece travels insured, in the hands of a courier who has carried for the boutique for years.
Delivery
Complimentary insured white-glove delivery is included worldwide. A signature is required. We will agree a window with you rather than leaving a card.
Packaging
Each piece leaves Geneva in a hand-finished case with its numbered Certificate of Authenticity, service booklet, and the record of the watchmaker who authenticated it.
Returns
A piece may be returned within thirty days of receipt, unworn and complete, for a full refund. Pieces commissioned or personalised for you are excepted.
Service
Any watch bought from us may be returned to Geneva for restoration for as long as it exists. Shipping for a first service within five years is at our expense.
