Terms of Sale
These terms govern the purchase of a Time & Heart timepiece, whether through this site or in one of our salons.
The Agreement
An order becomes a sale when the boutique confirms it in writing. Until then, either party may withdraw without consequence. Prices are shown in Swiss francs and include the Certificate of Authenticity.
Availability
Pieces are made in small numbers. Where a piece is unavailable at the time of order, we will say so plainly and offer a date rather than an estimate.
Title and Risk
Title passes on receipt of payment in full. Risk passes on delivery into your hands or those of a person you have nominated in writing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
